At Yalots Hotel, we value our guests and strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable booking experience. To maintain clarity and fairness, the following refund policy applies to all reservations:

Refund Eligibility


Cancellations by the Hotel:

In the rare event that Yalots Hotel must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay at no extra cost.

Guest Cancellations:

  • Standard Bookings:
    • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date: Full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings:
    • Certain promotional rates, discounts, or special packages may be non-refundable. Guests are advised to carefully review booking details before confirming.

Non-Refundable Situations


  • No-Show: Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will not be refunded.
  • Early Check-Out: Guests who depart earlier than their confirmed check-out date will not be eligible for refunds on unused nights.

Refund Request Process


  • How to Request a Refund: Guests must contact our reservations team via phone or email with booking confirmation details to initiate a refund request.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at booking.

Rescheduling


Guests may reschedule their stay at least 48 hours prior to the original check-in date, subject to room availability. Rescheduled stays may be subject to rate differences or additional charges depending on the new dates selected.
