Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-In: From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Check-Out: By 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:

• 31+ days prior to arrival: No cancellation charges (excluding non-refundable deposit).
• 30–20 days prior to arrival: 25% of total booking value.
• 19–15 days prior to arrival: 50% of total booking value.
• 14–07 days prior to arrival: 75% of total booking value.
• 07–0 days prior to arrival: 100% of total booking value.

Payment Policy:

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservations.
• The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
• We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
• A valid credit card or cash guarantee is required at check-in.

Children and Extra Beds:

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
• Children aged 3–12 years are charged 50% of adult price.
• Guests 13 years and above are charged at full adult rate.
• Extra beds and baby cots available on request, subject to availability (additional charges may apply).

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed within the premises.

Smoking Policy:

• Yalots Hotel is a non-smoking property indoors.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Quiet Hours:

• To ensure comfort for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Housekeeping:

• Daily housekeeping service is provided.
• Additional housekeeping services available upon request.

Damage and Loss:

• Guests are responsible for any damage to property or loss of items during their stay.
• Charges may apply for any damage or loss incurred.
• A BWP 1000 security cash deposit is required at check-in (refundable upon check-out if no damage or loss).

Parking:

• Free on-site parking is available.
• Parking spaces are limited and subject to availability.

Guest Identification:

• Valid identification (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) is required at check-in.

Visitor Policy:

• Visitors are welcome between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Registered guests are fully responsible for their visitors’ behaviour.
• Any damage caused by visitors will be charged to the guest.

Special Requests:

• Special requests (e.g., dietary needs, late check-out, room preferences) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Health and Safety:

• Guests are required to follow all health and safety regulations of the property.
• Emergency procedures and contact information are provided in each room.
