- 19–15 days prior to arrival: 50% of total booking value.
- 14–07 days prior to arrival: 75% of total booking value.
- 07–0 days prior to arrival: 100% of total booking value.
Payment Policy:
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservations.
- The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
- A valid credit card or cash guarantee is required at check-in.
Children and Extra Beds:
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- Children aged 3–12 years are charged 50% of adult price.
- Guests 13 years and above are charged at full adult rate.
- Extra beds and baby cots available on request, subject to availability (additional charges may apply).
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed within the premises.

- Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Quiet Hours:
- To ensure comfort for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Housekeeping:

Damage and Loss:
- Guests are responsible for any damage to property or loss of items during their stay.

- A BWP 1000 security cash deposit is required at check-in (refundable upon check-out if no damage or loss).
